Episode starts with Mayura opening the trunk, but couldn’t find anything. She goes out and sees Akhilesh asking Surekha what is this? Surekha says this is Mayura’s favorite Jalebi with letter ‘M’. Akhilesh tells that he brought it as they are not going out now. Mayura writes truth on the wheat grains.

Akhilesh says truth is that your accident was not an ordinary accident. Mayura asks what was it then? Akhilesh says Policeman said that some kidnapper wanted to take you forcibly, you wanted to get saved from him and the car met with an accident. He says that guy escaped, but you had fallen in the valley with the car. Mayura asks why I can’t remember all this. Akhilesh says it is better for you and tells that when he saw omkar, he felt that he is that kidnapper, evil guy. Mayura says Omkar ji can’t be that evil guy. Akhilesh says we didn’t see him, just wanted you to be safe and that’s why taking you out from Bhopal. He thinks sorry beta, we have to say 100 lies to hide a truth.

Akhilesh meets Neil. Neil shows him papers. They come to Omkar’s ward. Neil asks Nurse where is that patient? Nurse says he went out to get some fresh air. Akhilesh gets Surekha’s call and she shows him mayura’s message on the mirror. Akhilesh thinks Omkar is behind this.

Mayura likes the decorations when she comes somewhere. Omkar comes there. She gets mesmerized seeing him. Song plays…..yeh pagalpan hai….He also looks mesmerized by her and calls her. Mayura says yes. She asks what is all this and says you had said that you need to talk about hospital project. Omkar asks her to take a breath first. He shows the paper boat and says it is for you. Mayura turns and smiles. He says sorry to her and says I took your number from hospital reception and called you here, so that I can make your mood fine. He shows her jalebi. Mayura says it is my favorite. Mayura says all these decoration was not needed. Omkar says I can do this thing for you and asks shall we eat jalebi. Mayura says yes.

Neil asks Akhilesh to go home and says I will bring her home. He looks at the papers. Mayura eats jalebis. Omkar admires her as she eats it. He signs her to wipe the sugar syrup from her lips and he himself wipes it with his hand. She kisses on his cheeks…Song continues to play….Mayura tries to go. Omkar holds her hand and they dance. Yeh pagalpan hai plays…..

Mayura says thank you Omkar ji, you made my day. Omkar says this is just the start, I want to fulfill all your dreams. Mayura asks what are you going to do? Omkar says surprise? He keeps hand on her eyes and shows her board of the free clinic project with Mayura’s name written on it. He recalls Mayura asking Omkar, why he wants her to treat only ladies and says she is a Doctor and have to treat both, men and women. He thinks whatever I couldn’t do as your husband, I will do everything. He says very soon, I will take up this proposal to the hospital. Mayura says I have no experience for this big responsibility. Omkar asks her to relax and says you have good intention than experience, and that matters to him a lot. Mayura hugs him thanking him. Omkar reciprocates the hug and smiles.

Their hug is interrupted by the car horn. Mayura says I am sorry. Omkar says this is my car beep, I will go and check. He comes out and looks at his car. Neil gets down from his car and walks towards Omkar. He says I know that such a cheap man, will never get away from his cheapness and tells that he had kept tracker in his car. Omkar says they call such person as mannerless who interferes between husband and wife. He says he has done many mistakes in his life and advices him not to do this. Neil says no need, as you can’t touch Mayura from now onwards. He says you talks much, but I believe in action and shows the court restraining orders and says if you go near her, harm her or do anything then it will be troublesome for you. He asks him to be 300 feet away from Mayura else he will see him in jail. He gives him warning asking him to stay away from Mayura. Omkar asks who are you, to tell me? He asks what do you think that I will get afraid from your warning and says now I am changed, have to apologize to her and ask for forgiveness.

Neil says I am a doctor and don’t believe on your talks. He asks him to maintain distance from Mayura. Mayura comes there and calls Neil.
