Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with customers on social media
Provide menu information, make recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients and preparation methods
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, lobby, and service stations
Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Participate in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve issues promptly and to the customer’s satisfaction

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of customer service experience in a restaurant or retail environment
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
