We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Service Executive

Location: Bogije, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time

Main Duties

Assist in overseeing the promotion of property sales and listing services
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer real estate deals
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
Provide periodic reports on sales and generated returns on quarterly basis as assigned by the marketing lead
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other as assigned by the marketing lead
Answer clients’ questions regarding enquires of the properties in listing.
Assist to oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as deeds of assignment, and purchase agreement
Conduct inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals

Requirements

Minimum of HND as educational qualification
1 – 4 years relevant work experience.
Previous experience in marketing of products in Real estate (An advantage)
A self started and good team player
Knowledge of Ms. Word and PowerPoint.
