The firm covers all areas of construction, including the pre and post phases. Our major expertise is in luxury real estate development. We have also expanded our operations into facility management and direct construction, catering to the discerning real estate investor who wishes to be associated only with bespoke and iconic structures.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (On-site) 
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up. – (Motomart)
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to determine their needs.
  • Generates sales leads as well as closing the sales online, by phone or through Face to face meetings with prospects.


  • Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in Real Estate Industry (Sales) for not less than 3 years
  • Minimum of 3 years track record selling luxury real estate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English Language
