Infinix Note 12 Pro is more or less like the Note 12 Pro 5G, but without the 5G radio. The smartphone offers essentially the same features except that the 5G capable Mediatek Dimensity 700 chipset has been replaced with a Mediatek Helio G99. Infinix Note 12 Pro 4G features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display, a 108MP rear camera, a 16MP front camera, and a 5000 mAh battery.
The Infinix Note 12 Pro comes in a similar shape as the 5G model. It features an all plastic body available in Black, White, and Blue with a glass covering for the front.
A 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution is provided for browsing the web and watching movies. A U-notch is provided for the front facing camera.
The 16 megapixels camera offers a wide-angle lens with an f/2.0 aperture. You also get dual LED flash supporting the front camera and 1440p video recording capability. The fingerprint sensor is located on the back.
On the back, the Infinix Note 12 Pro 4G sports a similar camera setup as the 5G model, but the arrangement is different. The arrangement is somewhat similar to the circular arrangement we have seen in a couple of Nokia phones like the Nokia G50 and Nokia X100.
The rear camera consists of a 108 megapixels wide-angle lens with a 2 megapixels depth lens and a QVGA lens. A Quad-LED flash is provided for the rear camera. You also get phase detection autofocus (PDAF), HDR, Panorama, and support for 2K 1440p video recording at 30 fps.
Infinix Note 12 Pro runs Android 12 with XOS 10.6 on the MediaTek Helio G99 (6nm) chipset. This is a more powerful and a more efficient chipset compared to the MediaTek Helio G96 (12nm) found in its siblings like the Infinix Note 12 G96 and the Note 12 VIP. So, it should perform better than both smartphones.
This chipset offers a dual-core Cortex-A76 clocked at 2.2GHz and a hexa-core Cortex-A55 also clocked at 2.0GHz. For graphics, a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU is provided.
This android phone offers an 8GB RAM with 256GB built-in storage with a dedicated slot provided for storage expansion. You get 5000 mAh Li-Po battery with a 33W fast charging support.
This smartphone features a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C port with OTG support, low energy Bluetooth 5.0, 4G LTE, and dual-band WiFi. The Infinix Note 12 Pro does not support 5G connectivity.
Infinix Note 12 Pro price in Nigeria starts at around 110,990 Naira. The Note 12 Pro 4G is around 1521 GHC in Ghana, 3,950 EGP in Egypt, and 23,200 KES in Kenya.
