Introduction

Habits are small decision you make and actions you perform  every day.

Habits are behaviors we perform automatically allowing us to carryout essential activities such as brushing our teeth and taking a shower.

Habits are results of little process in the brain that produces efficiency.

A habit may be initially triggered by a goal but overtime that goal become less necessary and habit become more automatic.

Most of the bad habits are caused by stress and boredom which originated from deeper issues.

Not only that habits are important, they grow stronger and stronger over time and becomes automatic.

Habits make it possible for us to do things without spending exorbitant mental effort.

Our brain turns daily behaviors and actions into habits, so we do them automatically and without much thought.

When you do something habitually, it feels natural, and you feel impelled to do it.

40 to 95 percent of human behavior i.e. how we think, what we say and overall action fall into the habit category.

A habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tend to occur subconsciously.

Successful people focus on creativity and the different ways they can achieve success.

Successful people are capable of making critical, bold decisions to reach their desired goals.

Successful people find their purpose and create a life where they can fulfil the purpose.

To be a successful one, you need to challenge yourself, look for things that grab your attention  that you can learn about and do not fear competition.

To be successful, find happiness in the success of others, cultivate dignity and respect, stop focusing on money instead think about the service you can render people that can help their situation.
