Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Location: LagosEmployment Type: Full-time
This is a full-time on-site role for a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer located in Lagos.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and evaluation of project activities, report writing, data management, and providing technical assistance to project staff.
The officer will also ensure the implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans, data quality management, and conducting site visits for quality assurance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics or any related field
System Monitoring and M&E skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience in using data analysis software such as SPSS or STATA is an added advantage
Professional certification in Monitoring and Evaluation is an added advantage.
Report Writing and Analytical Skills
Data Management skills
Experience in monitoring and evaluating health, environment, and entrepreneurship projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
