Why can’t the government appoint from within the system. The experiment of appointing the PMG from outside in the last 7years has not done the organization any good.

The postal industry is a professional organization with its technicallities. A well thought out succession planning would produce competent hands from within the organization. The organization could have board members who are politicians that would be guided by the technocrats within the system. Wishing the new PMG a successful tenure.
