Job Summary

• Store keeper is someone who is responsible for the management of the store layout, supervise staff within the store department and keep accurate records of all activities occurring within the store.

Job Description

• Reception of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments and returns.
• Store keeper must have the ability to operate the FIFO tool and be able to spot goods (drinks) that are about to expired and report to the management.
• Store keeper must conduct and inspect that the store is clean and organised at all times.
• The Store Keeper must inspect the integrity of products on timely basis and report prevailing issues to management.
• Track, document and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
• Keep up to date records of receipts, records and goods from the sale.
• Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the moderation of surpluses.
• Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged item (drinks) back to the suppliers as appropriate.

Salary
N60,000 / month.
