Summary

On this role, you’ll be required to carry out all activities relating to online and physical sales, acquire new customers and retain existing customers for the bank whilst representing the brand positively.

Responsibilities

Provide first level support for customers through all company communication channels
Drive high customer satisfaction ratings to support overall department objectives
Work with high energy and deliver at a fast tempo
Be 100% accountable to reach and exceed his goals
Be supportive, collaborative, and uphold standards always
Generate leads, convert leads to customers and existing customers into repeat customers
Properly record all customer interactions on the appropriate company platforms
Perform all other duties as assigned according to set company standards and expectations

Requirements

B.Sc Degree in any field
0 – 2 years’ experience
Must have flair for sales
Excellent networking skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
