AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT Ratings: Viewers up for Dynamite, NXT viewers down

AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT ratings for January 13, 2021 are now in. AEW Dynamite, going head-to-head against WWE NXT, drew an average of 762,000 viewers on Wednesday night according to a report by showbuzzdaily.com.

This is up from last week’s New Year’s Smash Night 1 that drew 662,000 viewers on TNT. Dynamite came in at No. 31 for the night on cable in the 18-49 demographics, which is up from No. 48 where they placed last week.

This week’s episode of NXT drew an average of 551,000 viewers on Wednesday night.

This is down from last week’s show that averaged 641,000 viewers. NXT came in at No. 70 for the night on cable in the 18-49 demographics, down from No. 68 where they placed last week.

In overall viewership, AEW Dynamite defeated WWE NXT in the “Wednesday Night War” by 211,000 viewers.

WWE NXT, featuring The Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, averaged a 0.14 rating among adults 18-49. 

AEW Dynamite, which was New Year’s Smash Night 2, averaged a 0.30 rating among adults 18-49.
